I deeply enjoy the Modern People Leader podcast. This platform created to celebrate breaking the mold of the old traditional ways of HR and highlighting the new transformative ways we now need to lead is fantastic. I gain new insights each time I listen from the amazing collection of leaders. The unique content also confirms new leaps of faith I may be taking, knowing that I’m in great company disrupting the old paradigms of HR, now more than ever, for what we’ve had to lead through in the past couple of years.
