Diving into the dark

This podcast reveals the deep complexity and challenges of a highly misunderstood profession. Sadly more people know what they don’t want from human resources than what they do want. This is a very strange profession. I’ve been in it for over 35 years, but i almost didn’t get into it because so many people seem to have so many issues with “HR people“. Overtime I realized that I love this profession because I love sports and everything about sports is what HR is about if it’s done right – trying to find out how to put the best people together to make some magic happen, and putting them in the right circumstances with the right leaders is an art unlike any other.
